My items are totally handmade by me , I don’t have staff which is why I say allow a few weeks for delivery if the item isn’t in stock.

please read the whole of the product listing as I can’t refund for the wrong size or finish ordered, pictures sometimes don’t show the scale so measurements will be on the listing .

I aim to launch product collections and emails will go out a few days before with a password to buy if you wish before it goes live .

Glass pieces will all be slightly different due the handmade nature, also glass naturally from the rolling process may have bubbles or roll marks, whilst I try to minimize this , they may still be there , this is natural and not an imperfection.

All parcels are sent via Royal mail signed for , free postage site wide .

I am not responsible for missing parcels .
